Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026. This Policy describes how Isolex Corporation processes information for ReactR Web3 Identity at toledo.isolex.net and its Android app. Privacy, support, and account requests: info@reactrweb.com.

Information processed

Why we use information

We use information to create and authenticate wallet accounts, maintain sessions, display profiles, manage domain records and lookups, verify payments, fulfill token orders, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and operations, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Public information and blockchains

When you publish a profile, its wallet address, handle, and profile information can be visible to others and indexed or copied. Do not place confidential information in public fields. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, not anonymous, and may link your profile to public transactions. Payment and payout data, including addresses and transaction memos, may be permanently visible on Solana. We cannot delete or change blockchain records or copies retained by others.

Cookies, analytics, and external content

We use an essential session cookie to remember sign-in. The configured application session expires after about eight hours; signing out ends the application session. Wallet authorization is separate and can be revoked in your wallet. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.

The site currently uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-QECNX43YGL), which may process usage events, page URLs, device/browser information, identifiers and cookies under Google’s policies. We do not intentionally send wallet login signatures or private profile fields as analytics events. Public profile URLs may include a chosen handle. See Google’s Privacy Policy and its Analytics opt-out tool. Browser privacy controls can block analytics, cookies, or tracking requests; the opt-out tool may not support every browser. Avatar images, community badges, and external links may send your IP address and request details to the external provider when loaded or opened.

Recipients and international processing

Information is processed by our hosting/database and operational service providers as needed to run the app. Wallet applications and Mobile Wallet Adapter process authorization and signing requests you approve. Blockchain/RPC providers process transaction queries and submissions; Freename processes domain lookups or registration requests when those features are used. Google processes analytics traffic. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights and security, or support a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable privacy protections may differ.

Retention and security

Account/profile and domain records remain while the account is maintained, unless edited, removed, or deleted following an account request. Order, audit, support, log and backup records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, security, disputes, legal obligations and recovery. There is currently no single automatic deletion period for all records. We use access controls, signature verification, HTTPS and session safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases in support requests.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, remove saved domain records, sign out, and revoke wallet authorization through your wallet. Request access, correction, deletion, account closure, or other applicable privacy rights at info@reactrweb.com. We may ask you to prove control through a new wallet signature before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; blockchain history, legally required records and some backups cannot be immediately deleted. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Children and policy updates

This service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Additional eligibility rules are in our Terms. We will post changes here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
