Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026. These Terms govern ReactR Web3 Identity at toledo.isolex.net and its Android app, operated by Isolex Corporation ("we", "us"). Questions and support: info@reactrweb.com.
Wallet accounts and acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Any user with a supported EVM or Solana wallet can sign in: the first valid wallet signature creates an account; later signatures with the same wallet access that account. No administrator approval is required for an ordinary account. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms; users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Purchases require legal capacity to enter the transaction and compliance with applicable law.
You control your wallet. Keep its recovery phrase and private keys secret; we never request them. A sign-in message is not a payment authorization and has no network fee. Review every wallet prompt. We cannot recover lost keys or guarantee access after loss of wallet control. Different wallet addresses are separate accounts unless an explicit linking feature is offered. Administrative tools require separate authorization.
Profiles and domains
You are responsible for your profile, links, and content, and must have the rights to publish them. Public profiles can expose your wallet address and any information you choose to publish. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to host and display it to provide the service. Do not publish unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, or attack or misuse the service.
A wallet signature proves control of an address, not a person’s legal identity, endorsement, domain ownership, or business legitimacy. A saved domain record is not a registration or proof of ownership. Domain availability may change; any actual registration is subject to confirmation, displayed pricing, and the relevant provider’s terms.
Token dispenser and blockchain payments
The dispenser accepts native Solana USDC for ReactR tokens at the quoted rate and limits. Review the token mint, amount, treasury destination, network, and wallet transaction before signing. You need sufficient SOL for network fees. Quotes expire. An order is subject to on-chain verification; token delivery may require vault approval and may be delayed or fail. Payment is not a promise of immediate delivery. Keep your order identifier and transaction signature and contact info@reactrweb.com about delayed, missing, or disputed orders. Do not send a duplicate payment while an order is unresolved.
Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. We cannot reverse a confirmed network transfer. Refund or fulfillment requests are reviewed using order and on-chain records; any agreed refund requires a new transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer remedies. Tokens are not a promise of profit, a guaranteed return, a bank deposit, or investment advice. Digital assets may lose value, networks and wallets can fail, and you are responsible for applicable taxes and lawful use.
Third parties and availability
Wallet providers, Solana Mobile, browsers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, domain providers, analytics services, and external links have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their operation. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons. Where practical, we will communicate material changes. Suspension does not remove obligations relating to an already accepted payment.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, token value, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your disclosure of wallet secrets or transactions outside our control, except where applicable law imposes responsibility. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy, closure, and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. You can sign out at any time and request account closure at info@reactrweb.com. We may request a fresh wallet signature to confirm control; never send wallet secrets. Closure cannot remove public blockchain history or all legally required records. Material Terms changes will be posted with an updated effective date; when required, we will request renewed agreement. Contact us first about concerns or disputes; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
